Produced Water Treatment Systems
Location: Prirazlomnoye Field Development, Offshore Russia
A complete vacuum de-aeration package comprising a 2-stage vacuum de-aerator tower and one skidded vacuum unit, consisting of 2 100% Super Duplex vacuum pumps discharging to an incinerator facility, 2 x 100% Super Duplex air ejectors, 1 x 100% separator vessel and GRP skid-mounted pipe work. Designed to treat 1292m3/hr of seawater, tanker ballast water or produced water, the package will mechanically reduce the oxygen levels in the water to <50 ppb (v), with further reduction to 10 ppb (v) by the addition of oxygen scavenger. The vessels are designed to withstand a minimum ambient temperature of -10°C.
