Overview

Our process capabilities include produced water treatment (PWT) and water injection systems.

The majority of our PWT systems centre on the high efficiency AP-20 deoiling hydrocyclone for oily water separation, supplemented where necessary to achieve the stringent discharge standards the industry is facing around the world. Support technologies include flotation, filtration, absorption and coalescing options coupled with front-end desanding and solids management capability

For developments where secondary recovery / pressure maintenance techniques are required, Alderley has developed a complete range of solutions. Water injection, strainers, filtration and deaeration (vacuum or gas-strip) technologies are all offered by Alderley, together with any ancillary chemical dosing equipment to meet specific project needs.

In all of these systems, Alderley's objective is to provide comprehensive process and mechanical support, coupled with our extensive project management capability and experience, to deliver a fully-integrated package on time and on budget that exceeds client expectations - an approach which has repeatedly satisfied clients around the world for over 40 years.
