Overview

As part of the Customer Care range of Services SMS can provide a fully comprehensive Hose Management Contract comprising:

Performance of survey and inspection of hoses on all onshore facilities and offshore installations by qualified technical personnel
Production of Schedule for Hose Management Services
Creation, population and maintenance of a Hose Management Database
Assembly, testing, certification and replacement of Hoses in line of UKOOA guidelines
Provision of a dedicated Client Manager situated in the Client facility as a single technical point of contact for the management and co-ordination of the contract
Asisstance with the development of a Hose Tagging System to ensure hoses are easily identified for change out
Weekly Progress Reporting and Planning
Supply of labour for the replacement of hoses
Management of all Safety aspects of the project

Crane Hose Replacement

SMS complete the initial inspection and prioritise workload in order to allow the optimum number of cranes to remain operable where possible for the duration of the work.
