  • Initial System Audit

Complete detailed review of the condition and performance of control systems, in order to identify any areas where performance can be improved. Review of:

  1. Fluid Management
  2. Drawings
  3. Performance
  4. Spares
  5. Database Compilation
  6. Legislation
  • Review of Existing Maintenance Procedures

Review the existing system maintenance procedures and make recommendations to ensure sufficient information and instructions are available, with particular focus on the key areas to maximise system uptime.

  • Interface Manual

Produce a detailed Contract Interface Manual explaining the various processes to be carried out as part of the ongoing support of the control systems.

  • Spares

Carry out a comprehensive review of the existing spare part holdings for the various control systems and make recommendations for future spare part holdings.

Stock and maintain the required maintenance spares, ensuring timely delivery of kits required for each planned maintenance routine.

Carry out a spares sharing initiative, to identify commonality of spares from the various systems to minimise stock holdings and costs.

  • Fluid Management

Manage and complete regular taking of fluid samples from the various systems, during and as part of the planned maintenance activity.

  • Technical Support

Provide a corrective maintenance support service comprising routine and emergency telephone assistance and a site emergency intervention capability staffed by professional personnel experienced with the control systems.

  • Maintenance Planning

Participate in the planning of the various maintenance activities. Ensure through thorough planning that the spares kits and fluid sampling equipment are always available at the required times.

  • Ad Hoc Repairs

Provide an Ad Hoc Repairs Service for any work which may require to be undertaken on any subassembly components.

  • Key Performance Indicators
  1. Identify all critical spares and commonality of spares
  2. Achieve all planned visits
  3. Ensure P & ID accuracy
  4. Health, Safety and Environment
  5. Health Care plan – oil samples, filter changes, no leaks
  6. Accumulator health care including database, clean work site
  7. Ensure compliance with Client own tracking software – eg SAP
  8. Identify problems and modifications required for ongoing budget
  9. Recommend cost saving initiatives
