Overview

Alderley have been amongst the first to apply ultrasonic flow metering techniques to gas and oil in custody and allocation systems. Our earliest ultrasonic gas systems date from 1995, and the liquid ultrasonic from 1997.

Gas export metering package (ANSI #900) for sendout of regasified LNG to the National Grid, comprising 3 off 50% 18” ultrasonic meter runs (with valved tie-ins for two additional future meter runs), 6” turndown meter run, integrated analyser house to provide measurement and GSMR data, and control system supplied as an integral part of the plant DCS.

Skid mounted gas export metering package (ANSI #600 rated) comprising of 7 off 16% 24” orifice meter runs, skid mounted propane refrigerant metering package (ANSI #300 rated) comprising 2 x 100% 3” coriolis meters and small volume piston prover, skid mounted ethane refrigerant metering package (ANSI #600 rated) comprising 2 x 100% 2” coriolis meters and small volume piston prover, loose meters for liquid sulphur metering, panel mounted S600 flow computers with redundant supervisory systems.
